Class times & location

In2you was created by Isabelle Stewart to share her love of Pilates & movement.

Through her own experience of finding Pilates at a young age, she learnt how empowering movement can be and wants to show people the power of mind & body connection and how invigorating it can leave you feeling.

Isabelle’s knowledge of pilates, movement and the body is combined with a mindful connection mentality that is intended to create a holistic workout experience.
